UAX Events is a leading event management company known for producing dynamic experiences that unite communities, celebrate cultural diversity, and drive economic activity. With over 40 years of combined industry experience, we specialize in large-scale markets, festivals, and immersive public gatherings that leave lasting impressions on both participants and host cities.

UAX Events operates as a DBA of Creative Connections LLC, a registered company based in Sheridan, Wyoming. This structure provides a strong legal and operational foundation to support our continued growth and impact.

Originally founded in Sheridan, UAX Events quickly gained recognition for its innovative approach to event design and community engagement. As our vision evolved, we relocated our headquarters to Boston, Massachusetts, drawn by the city’s rich cultural heritage, vibrant public spaces, and thriving arts ecosystem. This move reflects our ongoing commitment to creating meaningful, scalable events that contribute to Boston’s identity as a world-class city.

FOUNDER & CEO

A decorated veteran and visionary leader, Bobby drives the strategic direction of UAX Events. He oversees creative concepts, civic partnerships, and expansion initiatives, ensuring each event aligns with the company’s mission to inspire and connect communities.

    VALENTIN D.

         INVESTOR & STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Valentin brings deep experience in startup growth and global investment strategy. As an early investor in UAX Events, he advises on business development, financial planning, and long-term scaling opportunities.

SHERRY D.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Sherry oversees the visual identity, spatial design, and experiential feel of each event. Her work ensures that UAX’s environments are not only functional but also artistically compelling and brand-consistent.

OORJA B.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Oorja manages the technical and production elements of all UAX events, from sound and lighting to infrastructure and staging. She ensures that each venue meets safety, scalability, and performance standards.

ALLAN P.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Allan coordinates the flow of event-day logistics, managing field teams, setup crews, and on-site execution. He plays a key role in ensuring timelines are met and vendor experiences are streamlined.

ANOUSHKA B.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Anoushka drives UAX’s marketing campaigns and oversees sponsor partnerships. She ensures strong brand visibility while aligning sponsors with the mission and audience of each event.

BLAIR A.

LOGISTICS DIRECTOR

Blair oversees the end-to-end movement of materials, staff, and equipment. From warehouse to site, she ensures that event logistics run smoothly and resources are deployed efficiently.

RITCHIE P.

FINANCE & HR DIRECTOR

Ritchie manages internal financial operations, budgeting, compliance, and team coordination. He also supports hiring, payroll, and HR systems to sustain organizational growth and culture.
